I've worked with Jatin since 4 years. He's the kind of engineer who is inherently curious and a tinkerer at heart. He loves solving problems, no matter how complex. He has youtube channel on engineering with 300k subscribers, he spends his personal time building novel solutions with robotics, software and whatever he can get his hands on. This kind of engineering curiosity and talent is rare. Engineering is not just a career choice for him but actually a deep part of his personality. Almost encoded in his DNA. He has singlehandedly shipped products which are now doing $$ millions in revenue. He has a great attitude towards all his teammates. He would be on my team 10/10 times.
